Es una serie de origen estadounidense, producida por CBS y ABC.
La serie trata de una chica que puede hablar con los espiritus.
Como protagonistas principales tenemos a Melinda Gordon (Jennifer Love Hewitt) y Jim Clancy (David Conrad).

Se emitio por primera vez el 23 de septiembre de 2005 en el canal CBS de EEUU y en CTV de Canada, la priemra temporada acabó el 5 de mayo de 2006. La segunda temporada comenzo el 22 de septiembre hasta el 11 de mayo de 2007. Actualmente se esta emitiendo la tercera temporada desde el 28 septiembre de 2007.

En españa la encargada de emitirla fue Cuatro.
